I am naturally inquisitive and have a desire to soak up as much knowledge as I can to inspire myself and my students.  I love to learn and keep my teaching fresh.  I have studied with teachers for over 1300 hours since I started my first 200 hour course in 2005.   I seek out the teachers who are amongst the best in their field to enhance my studies and they are all listed below.   I am full of gratitude to all of these teachers for their generosity and sharing of their experience, knowledge and understanding.   I consider myself blessed to have studied with many of these teachers, especially both my 300 hour teacher trainings with Sianna Sherma in Rasa Yoga which has upshifted my personal practice to a new level as well as my teaching.
