Back on the Mat – IRL vs Zoom
I never thought I would take part in a virtual yoga class, but here we are in 2020… I really didn’t see how it would, or could, work, but I was pleasantly surprised when I did my first class – Claire was still her usual wonderful self: knowledgeable, interesting, caring, and able to see us all and help us make adjustments where needed; there was still time for connection with the other students at the beginning and end of the class. There was also something quite lovely about being able to practice yoga at home, especially as the nights got colder and darker!
In the future, I would happily plump for either option, and it opens up the opportunity to continue your practice with Claire when you can’t be there in person.
